What support is available to employers?

What if the person needs alterations/equipment – isn’t it going to cost the company a lot of money?

If a disabled person starts a new job 100% funding is available via Access to Work for approved assessed equipment/alterations. For existing employees, access to work will pay 80% of approved costs after the first £300. Deaf2Work will support this process.
